In these enhanced, rapidly changing times of creation "the change of the Ages", we are bombarded with so much, things are rapidly become overwhelming for many. Medications for dozens of compartmentalised mental disorders that all equate to people simply being unhappy with their existance. When we lose connection with our core centre, whether Physically or Metaphysically, the cells of the body will inherantly resonate at the same series of imbalanced and weakened frequencies. Left long enough and we forget the power of our simple being, the forgetting becomes embedded within the energetic centers of our being and our cells which are the spiritual essence of our physical existance stagnate.

We question the meaning of everything in our lives, watch our children being poisoned in numerous ways such as vaccines and junk food with zero nutritional value, we are unhealthy yet due to drugs life can be prolonged indefinately sometimes, but at what quality? Would it not make sense to enjoy the fact we live longer. To be free, truly free. The same way a 200 year old oak tree is free, always connected to source and in a slow, Zen like dance throughout it's whole life. The Oak feels the rythms of the Universe, the moon, the Sun, the tides, the rain and the sadness of a young soul resting against it looking for reasons as to why they're here. Does the Oak ever need ask that question?

The best thing we can do for self when we simply feel overwhelmed that we can't cope!? Surrender! Drop to your knees and simply ask for the opportunity of clarity, to be seated in my co-creative life with my maker, feel love and give love and always when questioning why we're here, remember we're here to BE love. that's far different than being in Love. When all you attempt to do comes from the resonance of love, you will be impervious to any thing else but love.
